Privacy Policy

It covers the public pages and the CN-format helper provided on tcstrack.com.pk. It does not govern TCS, Tranzum Courier Services, a courier branch, or any external website reached through our links.

We are not affiliated with TCS and do not receive its private shipment records. We do not currently provide visitor accounts or an on-site parcel-status database.

When a browser requests a page, ordinary hosting, content-delivery, caching, and security systems may process standard technical records. Depending on provider configuration, these can include:

• IP address and approximate network or regional information;
• browser, device, and operating-system details;
• requested URL, referring page, date, time, and response status;
• security events, diagnostic information, and performance measurements.

These records support reliable delivery, troubleshooting, abuse prevention, and security. They are distinct from the CN typed into the local helper, which is not intentionally included in a request to our server.

Technical data may be processed only as reasonably needed to:

• serve pages and maintain site functionality;
• detect malicious traffic, spam, fraud, and security incidents;
• diagnose errors and improve reliability, accessibility, and performance;
• understand aggregate site usage where a configured service provides it;
• comply with applicable law and protect legal rights.

We do not use the local CN field to create a parcel history or visitor profile.

Our pages link to the official TCS website and may request assets or services from external providers. A provider can receive technical information normally sent with a web request, such as an IP address, browser details, referring page, and timestamp.

We do not control an external site’s forms, security, cookies, retention, or privacy practices. Review the destination URL and its privacy policy before providing a CN or other personal information. Linking to a site does not make us responsible for its data handling.

You can manage cookies and storage through your browser, avoid entering information on external websites, and contact us about personal information that you reasonably believe this independent site controls. Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or objection.

To make a website privacy request, email admin@tcstrack.com.pk with enough detail for us to identify the relevant record. We may need proportionate verification before acting. We cannot fulfil requests concerning TCS shipment records because we do not control those records; direct those requests to official TCS support.

This policy may be updated when the website, providers, or legal requirements change. The “last updated” date will change when a material revision is published. Continued use after an update means the revised policy applies from its stated date.
